There is nothing as satisfying as a delicious salad. We're lucky enough to have a garden full of edible greens and ever so often we forage in our little garden to bring back some delicious mouthfuls of joy. But a salad is only as good as its dressing and heres a basic one we love.
Take your new Ocha Mortar Pestle and add a half a teaspoon of salt, pepper and sugar, two cloves of garlic, a dash of homemade vinegar and a teaspoon of mustard (we usually make ours from scratch). Pound them together until they're nicely combined. Slowly add a good olive oil and combine well. Pour over a green salad or warm bread!
