Refund policy

  1. If you are unhappy with any purchase (not including final sale and/or discounted sale items) you have made on the Wood and Salt website, we would be happy for you to return the product within the stipulated parameters.
  2. To return the product, you must inform Wood and Salt within 48 hours of receiving the product. You may do this by emailing us on rishad@woodandsaltdesign.com
  3. The product must then be returned to Wood and Salt within 15 days.
  4. All products that are returned must be returned unused in their original packaging with all relevant price/care tags on the product.
  5. All goods returned will be inspected for usage and any damage by the customer. Returned goods found to be used will not be accepted by Wood and Salt.
  6. Once a returned product is accepted by us, Wood and Salt will send you a coupon code with the equivalent store credit for you to use on our website in the future.
  7. The store credit is for the value of the goods returned only. We do not refund the courier and transport charges.
  8. The store credit is valid for a period of 30 days from the day of issue. If not used within 30 days, the store credit will lapse.
  9. Any product bought during a sale or where a discount has been given will be considered as a final sale product and cannot be returned. Exception mentioned in point no.5 of Wood and Salt return policy for damaged or defective goods.

Refund Policy for damaged or defective goods

  5. Items that are discounted or on sale and are damaged or defective are eligible for return. Please follow the same return procedure mentioned in points 1-4 for returns of any damaged or defective discounted or sale goods.
